What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address (optional), town or suburb, the service you are interested in, your message and any design summary you include.
Design tools
The tools run in your browser. Figures you enter stay on your device unless you send them to us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
VSSH staff and, where needed for your project, suppliers or installers working for us. Form submissions are stored by our website provider. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
